Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 28, 2026

By using the Saed apps or website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Saed is a technology platform that connects customers who need roadside assistance (towing, battery jump-start, tyre change, fuel delivery, lockout, intercity transport and more) with independent service providers approved on the platform. The provider performs the service and is responsible for carrying it out.

2. Accounts

3. Requests and pricing

4. Payment

Payment is made in cash to the provider or electronically through a licensed payment gateway, depending on the options in the app. Saed charges providers a commission on each completed request at the approved rate.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel from the app. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after a provider has accepted and set off, as shown in the app at the time.

6. Customer obligations

7. Provider obligations

8. Ratings and disputes

Each party rates the other after a request. Either party can open a dispute from the app; Saed reviews disputes using the request history, photos and available information.

9. Prohibited use

No unlawful use, fake requests, manipulation of prices, ratings or promo codes, or attempts to access systems without authorisation. Saed may suspend any account that breaches these terms.

10. Liability

Saed works to keep the service available and reliable but does not guarantee a provider will be available at every time and place. Saed is not liable for damage arising from a provider's performance of a service except to the extent required by law, and helps resolve complaints through the dispute process.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may change these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. Continuing to use Saed means you accept them; providers may be asked to accept the new version explicitly.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
